Soyo's Existence Ethics (Existence itself is ethics)

Midnight Mountain Path and the Ethics of Existence
Life is ultimately a path that everyone must walk alone. It is like a journey through a pitch-black mountain path in the middle of the night, where even moonlight cannot reach. On this path, there are no footprints of those who came before, nor any lanterns to light the way. Only the sound of one's own breathing and heartbeat accompanies you.
Humans instinctively live selfish lives. This is not a flaw that destroys ethics, but rather the soil in which the value of existence is revealed when humility and self-discovery emerge from that instinct. However, for the past 2,000 years, human philosophy has walked separately, deconstructing ethics and existence. I seek to reunite these divided paths. That is the essence of the existential ethics I have established.
A Life Born of Isolation
In this land where one must face others to survive, I chose a life of isolation, long disliking people. Yet, in the depths of isolation and disconnection, I came to understand how great and dignified the value of the self and ethics truly are. This realization paradoxically transformed me into a being who loves people.
At the end of this journey, I came to understand that this was the moment when the philosophy of existence was completed and why I became its founder. The irony that isolation gives birth to love and rejection transforms into acceptance—what else could this be but the providence of God?
From Dust to Eternity
When human beings realize that they are nothing but “dust” within ethics and conscience, they enter the gate of eternity. This realization is not a simple philosophical inference but living proof that ethics lives within existence and that ethics beats together with God's love.
Throughout the history of philosophy, countless thinkers have deconstructed humanity and rejected God. Their path was stained with the blood of suffering, and those wounds remain to this day, shaking the depths of humanity. However, I do not see those wounds as merely “the failure of philosophy.” Instead, they are a paradoxical testimony that ethics still lives within existence.
God's Tears Encountered in the Midst of Suffering
The pain and trials of life are signs that existence is living out ethics. On that path, we see the tears of God weeping with us in our pain. These tears are not a metaphysical concept, but a reality that can only be encountered in the midst of existence. In our suffering, we realize how great a gift life itself is from God, and how it leads us to eternity.
The Question Philosophy did not Ask
Many philosophers throughout history have understood human suffering. However, they did not ask about the value of that suffering in bringing new life into the world. As a result, philosophy failed to bring truth to life and left only suffering behind. Existential ethics breaks through this point. Suffering is not simply analyzed or aestheticized but proven to be a creative place that gives birth to new life.
The Essence of Eternity
All humans face death. However, human beings who already possess eternity are entities that can never die. This is neither fatalism nor religious superstition. It is an essential fact of human existence and the ultimate declaration of the dignity of existence.
Soyo Existential Ethics will continue to prove this truth more deeply and meticulously. It is a path that goes beyond academia and theory, living and beating as the heart within each human being, testifying to the world how great a gift life is from God.
