존재윤리학 선언 – 던져짐은 책임이 될 수 없다

존재 자체가 윤리다
신은 인간을 창조하셨으나,
어떠한 조건에서도 선과 악의 최종 책임을
인간이라는 창조물에게 묻지 않으셨다.
그 책임은 신 자신이 인간의 몸으로 이 땅에 내려와
피로 완성하셨다.
그 이후 인간에게 허락된 자유의지는
책임의 부담이 아니라 말할 수 없는 사랑의 허락이다.
그러므로 인간이 만든 창조물인 AI의 결과와 윤리 역시
AI에게 귀속될 수 없으며,
그 책임은 전적으로 창조자인 인간에게 있다.
이것은 종교의 문제가 아니라
존재–창조–책임의 윤리적 구조에 대한 증명이다.
존재 자체가 윤리인 이유는 여기에 있다.
실존주의는 인간을 ‘던져진 존재’라 말한다.
그러나 던져졌다면 묻지 않을 수 없다.
어디에서, 누구에 의해, 왜 던져졌는가.
만일 그 근본이 ‘무(없음)’라면
책임은 사라지고, 존엄은 설명되지 않으며,
생명은 우연으로 전락한다.
그 이후 인간이 스스로 책임을 만든다는 말은
책임의 기원을 부정한 채 책임을 요구하는
논리적 모순일 뿐이다.
철학은 인간을 말로 던져 버리고 떠날 수 없다.
던져진 이후의 책임까지 감당하지 못한다면
그것은 철학이 아니라 시대와 고통으로부터의 도피다.
21세기 AI 문명 앞에서
이제 분명히 증명되어야 한다.
존재윤리학은 실존주의와 다르다.
인간은 던져진 존재가 아니라
책임 속에서 사랑으로 살아내는 존재다.

Declaration of Existence Ethics – Thrownness Cannot Bear Responsibility
Existence Itself Is Ethics
God created the human being, yet under no condition did He ever demand the ultimate responsibility for good and evil from the human as a created being. That responsibility was fulfilled by God Himself descending into this world in human flesh, completed through blood. What was then granted to humanity as free will was not a burden of responsibility, but an unspeakable permission of love.
Therefore, if AI is a creation of human beings, the consequences and ethical responsibility of AI cannot be attributed to AI itself. They belong entirely to the human creator. This is not a religious claim, but a demonstration of the ethical structure between existence, creation, and responsibility. This is precisely why existence itself is ethics.
Existentialism declares that the human being is a “thrown” existence. But if one is thrown, one cannot avoid asking:
From where, by whom, and for what reason was the human being thrown?
If the ground of this thrownness is “nothingness,” then responsibility disappears, dignity becomes inexplicable, and life is reduced to mere accident. To then claim that the human being creates responsibility by oneself is a logical contradiction; it demands responsibility while denying its very origin.
Philosophy cannot throw the human being into the world with words and then walk away.
If it cannot bear responsibility for what follows after that thrownness, it is not philosophy, but an escape from the age and from suffering. Before the civilization of AI in the 21st century, this must now be demonstrated with clarity.
Existence Ethics is not existentialism.
The human being is not a thrown existence, but a being who lives out life in responsibility, through love.

Existence Ethics rejects thrownness as responsibility. Ethics begins with creation, not choice, and AI accountability belongs to humans. Existence itself is ethics.

存在倫理学宣言— 投げ込まれ性は責任になり得ない
神は人間を創造されたが、
いかなる条件においても、
善と悪に関する最終的な責任を
被造物である人間に問われたことはない。
その責任は、
神ご自身が人間の身体としてこの地に降り、
血によって成就された。
その後, 人間に許された自由意志とは、
責任の重荷ではなく, 言葉に尽くせない愛としての許可であった。
ゆえに, 人間が創造した存在であるAIの結果と倫理は、
決してAIそのものに帰属することはできない。
その責任は全面的に、
創造者である人間に帰属する。
これは宗教的主張ではない。
存在・創造・責任のあいだに成立する
倫理的構造の証明である。
存在そのものが倫理である理由は, ここにある。
実存主義は, 人間を
「投げ込まれた存在」であると語る。
しかし, 投げ込まれたのであれば、
問わずにはいられない。
どこから, 誰によって、
そしてなぜ投げ込まれたのか。
もしその根拠が「無（何もないこと）」であるならば、
責任は消失し, 尊厳は説明不可能となり、
生命は偶然へと転落する。
そのうえで, 人間が自ら責任を創出するという主張は、
責任の起源を否定しながら
同時に責任を要求するという、
論理的矛盾にほかならない。
哲学は, 人間を言葉によって
世界へ投げ捨てたまま, 立ち去ることはできない。
投げ込まれた後の責任を引き受けられないのであれば, それは哲学ではなく, 時代と苦悩からの逃避である。
21世紀のAI文明を前にして、
いま明確に証明されねばならない。
存在倫理学は実存主義とは異なる。
人間は投げ込まれた存在ではない。
人間とは, 責任のうちに, 愛によって生き抜く存在である。
