流れを止める瞬間 —それが省察である

人生は止まることのない川の流れのようなものだ。

その流れは,ときに穏やかで,ときに嵐のように激しい。

しかし,どんなに速く流れる川でも,自らの源を振り返る瞬間がどうしても必要である.

その「止まる瞬間」こそが, 省察（Reflection）である.

省察とは,単なる回想ではない.それは自らの内面を通り抜ける光の瞬間であり,人生のリズムを再び調律する神的な息吹である.

人は誰もが生きる中で, 外の基準に自分を合わせようとする. 他人の成功と比べ,他者の人生を物差しにして自分を測るとき,人生は答えのない謎のように感じられる.

しかし, ソヨ存在倫理学はこう語る.

「比較とは、存在の光を最も早く曇らせる道である.」

私たちが他人の影の中にとどまる間, 私たちの内なる真理と良心は光を失う. だから人間はしばしば彷徨い, 結局は最初の場所に帰ってくる.その循環の地点それこそが省察の門である.

愛も人生も,そして信仰も「流れ」である

愛も,人生も,信仰も,すべては流れ（Flow）である.

流れはとどまらず, 絶えず動き, 変化する.そしてその流れが止まるとき, 人は「苦難」と呼ばれる新たな旅路に立たされる.
